Between the 24th and the 26th of September of 2024, our Chair was present at the 26th International Dependency and Structure Modelling (DSM) Conference in Stuttgart with the participation of our PhD candidate Ramón García Alarcia.
Mr. García Alarcia presented a peer-reviewed full paper entitled “Optimizing Token Usage on Large Language Model Conversations Using the Design Structure Matrix”, which is available in the Proceedings of the conference, published by The Design Society: https://www.designsociety.org/publication/47698/Optimizing+Token+Usage+on+Large+Language+Model+Conversations+Using+the+Design+Structure+Matrix
With our work and participation in the DSM Conference, we aim to bridge the gap between engineering design and generative AI, bringing the DSM tool to LLMs, and communicating further our work on using generative AI to design space missions.
