Title: Automated change detection in photogrammetric 4D point clouds – transferability and extension of 4D objects-by-change for monitoring riverbank dynamics using low-cost cameras
Authors: Maximilian Ulm, Melanie Elias, Anette Eltner, Eliisa Lotsari & Katharina Anders
Our study automates geomorphological change detection and mapping using photogrammetric 4D point clouds from low-cost wildlife cameras installed at a subarctic riverbank. By enhancing time-series analysis through 4D object-by-change (4D-OBC) segmentation, we contribute to understanding erosion processes and climate change effects.
