Twelve MINT interested girls between 10 and 12 years old were creative with 3D printing during their school break at our chair. After a brief theoretical introduction to the world of 3D printing, our AM lab became a jewelry workshop. The girls designed their jewelry boxes and pearls in TinkerCAD in the computer room, personalized them and sent it by the PrusaSlicer to be printed. The biggest challenge for the enthusiastic explorers was choosing the colors ;-)
We look forward to the next MINT experience at the university in 2025
