As part of the TUM Entdeckerinnen: MINT experience at the university, we offer a project on 3D printing. This will take place from 29.07.2024-30.07.2024 at the Chair of Carbon Composites in Garching. Our target group are young girls aged 10-12 years or 5th-6th grade who are enthusiastic about technology and want to learn about 3D printing. We will show you how to make your own jewellery with 3D printing. First, you will design your own jewellery box and beads for your new bracelet. You will learn how to transfer your ideas into a computer programme exactly as you have designed them. As soon as everything fits, we'll start 3D printing the jewellery box and beads together. Further information and registration can be found here: www.tum.de/en/studies/from-school-to-university/for-girls-and-young-women.
We look forward to seeing you!
