Recently, our colleague Oliver Schwahofer presented his research at the "9th European Congress on Computational Methods in Applied Sciences and Engineering - ECCOMAS 2024" in Lisbon, Portugal. Over the course of the five-day congress, an international group of scientific participants gathered to discuss the latest advancements in computational solid and fluid mechanics. Oliver Schwahofer contributed two presentations in the areas of 3D-printable structural metamaterials and the mechanical analysis of short fibre-reinforced bio-based polyamide material. We would like to take this opportunity to extend our thanks to the contributinh partners and the funding agency of the project COOPERATE, which enable our research.
