Zahran Sofyan Falahuddin and Intan Nasiha Jatmiko from Diponegoro University (UNDIP) complete their internship period at the Chair of Land Management

Zahran Sofyan Falahuddin and Intan Nasiha Jatmiko from Diponegoro University (UNDIP) completed their internship period at the Chair of Land Management. Both UNDIP Bachelor students worked for 2 months in July and August 2024 with the Chair on both the land decision model and simulation of West Africa (together with Tobias Bendzko) and the development of a flood disaster exercise with ILWIS and QGIS (with Prof Walter de Vries).

They presented their experiences and outcomes on 27 august 2024. The internships are part of the long-term collaboration between the Chair and the Department of Urban and Regional Planning of the Universitas Diponegoro in Semarang,  Indonesia.
