Additionally there were three field visits, namely to the TUM.SEED living lab in sustainable energy in Garut, the Geothermal Energy power station in Kamojang and the Hydropower station in Purwakarta. These meetings were also followed by a discussion with the ITB’s Rector’s office, in view of the upcoming visit of the ITB Rector to TUM in August. ITB is an institutional partner of TUM and shares similar study programs and research foci. For the Chair of Land Management the Land-Energy Nexus is one of the key research directions, as well as the research in spatial data infrastructures for land management and spatial development. Follow-up activities are expected soon.
