Prof. de Vries strengthens the collaboration with UNDIP Semarang, Indonesia - July 2022

The chair of Land Management has a MoU with UNDIP to work together on research and education and hosts UNDIP students in the Land Management and Geospatial Science Master program. The collaborative research program together with Prof. Wiwandari Handayani, head of the department or urban and regional planning and Prof. Iwan Rudiarto aims at developing joint articles and joint book chapters, collaboration in the development of joint research and enhancing the visibility of our collaborative research outcomes.  During the visit, Prof. de Vries provided a guest hybrid lecture on ‘optimizing public, social and economic values in land management’ and a workshop on academic writing and publishing. Further joint activities are expected in September and October 2022.
